“I remember those early days vividly. I shaped my first surfboard in the garage with a makeshift board stand and limited supplies and knowledge. It was a labor of love. Shortly after the death of my father in early 2015, I turned to my passion for surfing and board building to establish my vision.
From that small garage, I expanded my dream. Today, I'm proud to be the owner of a large surfboard manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach, VA. We craft our boards by hand with the help of multiple in-house shapers or cut them using a CNC machine. These boards are meticulously glassed and then distributed to surf shops along the East Coast.
In the beginning of 2020, I founded "The Factory," and my motivation has always been to inspire and unite the community through creative measures. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm excited to see where it takes us next.”

“My personal brand “Skeleton Crew” was created to bridge the gap between high end name brand boards and cheap pop outs. An affordable CNC cut and hand finished product. This drives the cost of labor down without sacrificing quality. The Skeleton Crew label has a model in every size range so whatever you’re looking for we should have you covered.
To top it off and keep my skills sharp I trickle about 15 hand shaped boards out a year, meant to be as high end as possible. With everything curated and hand selected from the blank glue-up, hand rolled and foiled fin, and the high gloss/polish.”
